Tampa Bay Collective is growing its team as more clients bring us on to reach new customers face to face. We’re hiring a Marketing Representative to represent those clients in person across the Tampa Bay area and help interested people sign up.
Responsibilities
- Represent client campaigns at retail locations, events and community venues across Tampa
- Start conversations with members of the public and explain each campaign clearly
- Answer questions and help interested people complete their sign-up
- Work toward daily and weekly goals alongside your team
- Take part in daily coaching and put new skills into practice
- Share what’s working with your team to keep improving results

- Motivation to set goals and reach them
No previous marketing or sales experience is required. We provide full, paid training. Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or events is a plus.
