Tampa Bay Collective is hiring In-Store Sales Associates to represent client campaigns at retail locations across the Tampa area.
You’ll work face-to-face with customers, introduce campaigns, answer questions, and turn conversations into results.
We provide the training — you bring the energy, communication skills, and willingness to improve.
What Your Day Looks Like
- Meet and engage with customers in person
- Introduce and explain client campaigns
- Answer questions and provide relevant information
- Build rapport through confident, natural conversations
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
- Develop your sales and communication skills through ongoing coaching
